Tim and Kristi are both ASE Certified Technicians, a requirement for all employees. Tim has been working on cars and trucks since he was a teenager and demonstrates, passion with a true depth of knowledge for all makes and models of vehicles, including the ability to operate and interpret data from several types of diagnostic scanners, A skill that is not commonly found in today's mechanics. Kristi graduated from the Automotive Technology Program at DCTC with honors and distinction. Prior to returning to school to study Automotive Technology, Kristi worked as an Electro/Mechanical Technician, specializing in Robotics for a large manufacturing company for more than 15 years.
Together we are able to bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our shop; for you our valued customers. Everyday we strive to bring the latest in automotive repair and diagnostic troubleshooting by using state of the art diagnostic computer scan equipment, educational pictures that explain various repairs or concerns for you, as well as, participating in continuing education classes that are usually taken on a monthly basis. Our high school aged child has shown natural talent in automotive and has begun attending classes outside of school for scan tools, Hybrid cars, electronics and diagnostics. We do not allow our high school children to work on customer cars, but do allow them to work on their own cars, including removing a faulty engine and replacing it with a rebuilt engine, which was accomplished before the age16.
